Tupas still firm on his opposition vs taxi fare hike

GOVERNOR Niel Tupas Sr. remains unconvinced with the petition filed by the Association of Taxi Operators in Panay (Atop) to increase taxi fare from city to new Airport in Cabatuan.

He disapproved the petition during last week’s hearing.
