Arroyo's Plane Makes Historic Landing At New Iloilo Airport

ILOILO CITY, June 13 Asia Pulse - The presidential plane carrying Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and party made a historic touchdown at Runway 20 of the new Iloilo airport in Cabatuan, Iloilo at about 9.50 a.m. today.
Iloilo Governor Niel D. Tupas, Sr. led other provincial officials in welcoming Arroyo to inaugurate the P6.2 billion (US$133 million) New Iloilo Airport of Development Project (NIADP) in Cabatuan town in the Second District.
